Who We Are:

Founded in 2015. CBC spent the first few years consulting as an independent contractor working for the larger consulting firms. Simple model, they would land the work and contract us to deliver it. After a few years, we began getting direct client work based on our reputation. CBC team members have worked in operational-type roles for 25+ years. We retain operations and lean transformation leaders who know how to drive performance and cultural change.
